• The Law of Ukraine "On the Basic Principles of Cybersecurity of Ukraine". 

This Law defines the legal and organisational basis for the protection of the vital interests of individuals and citizens, society and the state, national interests of Ukraine in cyberspace, the main objectives, directions and principles of public policy in the field of cybersecurity, the powers of state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organisations, individuals and citizens in this field, and the main basis for the co-ordination of their activities to ensure cybersecurity.

Order of the State Special Communications Administration dated 10.06.2008 No. 94, which approved the "Procedure for coordination of the activities of state authorities, local self-government bodies, military formations, enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the forms of ownership on issues of prevention, detection and elimination of the consequences of unauthorized actions in relation to of state information resources in information, telecommunication and information-telecommunication systems"; the order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 07.07.2008 under No. 603/15294.

• Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1772 dated 16.11.2002, which approved the "Procedure of interaction of executive authorities on issues of protection of state information resources in information and telecommunication systems."

• Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 373 of March 29, 2006, approving the "Rules for Information Protection in Information, Telecommunication, and Information-Telecommunication Systems."

• Order of the State Special Communications Administration No. 660 dated 02.12.2014, which approved the "Procedure for assessing the state of security of state information resources in information, telecommunication and information-telecommunication systems"; the order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2015 under No. 90/26535.

• Order of the State Special Communications Administration No. 20 of January 15, 2016, which approved the "Procedure for scanning for vulnerabilities of state information resources posted on the Internet"; the order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 5, 2016 under No. 196/28326.

• Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 23, 2016 No. 563, which approved the "Procedure for forming the list of information and telecommunication systems of critical state infrastructure objects."
